Terms and Conditions
1. We intend our caravans to be used for family holidays only.
The maximum number of party members, unless agreed by prior written
consent is six persons for a two bedroom caravan and eight persons for
a three bedroom caravan.
Unless specified for a specific caravan.
2a. Bookings are not accepted from groups of mixed or single sex
persons under the age of 21 years.
2b. Bookings are only accepted from groups of single sex persons of any age at our discretion.
2c. Only persons previously detailed on the booking form are permitted
to stay overnight in the hired holiday home, unless prior written
agreement has been made.
2d. The hirer as named on the booking form is at all times responsible
for the conduct and behaviour of all members of his/her party.
3a. It is not permitted to smoke, nor to bring pets into the hired
holiday home for any reason whatsoever.
Any discovery of smoking or evidence of pets in the holiday home during the holiday will result in the whole party being asked to leave without refund. Additionally, a cleaning bill will be sent to the hirer.
3b. The hirer is at all times responsible for the care and cleanliness
of the hired holiday home and undertakes at his/her expense to replace
or repair any items lost or damaged during the stay of the party.
Holiday home inventory items may be purchased directly from Kiln Park
stores, located at reception.
3c. We the owners endeavour to maintain the highest possible standards
within our caravans. To this end we request that contact is made with
us on arrival should you discover that any items are damaged, broken
or missing, so that the problem may be rectified as soon as possible.
4a. We the owners will not be held liable by the hirer or any member
of his/her party for loss or damage to personal property, nor for
injury or death to any party member during the holiday.
4b. We the owners accept no responsibility for any changes or
alterations to the on-site entertainment as advertised and controlled
by Kiln Park.
4c. All electrical items within the hired caravan are safety tested
every year. Any electrical items brought and used by the hirer may
trip the fuse box of the caravan even when used safely. To this end,
the hirer is wholly responsible for any damage done to the hired
holiday home by an electrical item belonging to any member of the
party.
5a. We reserve the right to cancel your confirmed holiday booking at
any time due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In
such an event, a full refund of all monies paid by the hirer
(including deposit) will be given.
At no time will the refund exceed the amount initially paid.
5b. Bookings are only guaranteed once a completed booking form and
deposit has been received, and are on a first come, first served
basis.
5c. Payment may be made either in full, or to reserve a holiday a
non-refundable deposit of £100.00 will be required.
All short breaks are to be paid in full
5d. Outstanding holiday balance is to be paid no later than 42 days or
6 weeks prior to the commencement date of the holiday. Failure to pay
complete balance by the due date will result in cancellation of your
holiday, and no refund will be made.
5e. Any booking made within 42 days of the holiday start date must be
paid in full when a booking is confirmed.
6a. In the event that you wish to cancel your holiday, written
notification must be made, and any documents sent to you by us must be
returned. The date of cancellation is the day written confirmation is
received.
6b. Charges for cancellations of a holiday (dependent on circumstances)
are as follows:
Cancellations made within 42 days or more of the commencement of the
holiday will result in the loss of the paid deposit only.
Cancellations made between 28 and 42 days of the holiday commencement
will incur a loss of 40% of the total holiday cost.
Cancellations made between 28 and 7 days of the holiday commencement
will incur a loss of 75% of the total holiday cost.
Cancellations made within 7 days or less of the holiday commencement
will incur a loss of 100% of the total holiday cost.
7. We reserve the right to change your requested accommodation
without prior notification, any changes to your accommodation will be of
the same or higher standard holiday home.
8. For hygienic reasons, we the owner supply pillows and duvets only.
Covers for these and bed sheets are the responsibility of the hirer to
supply. (Unless linen packages are included in a quotation, or preordered before arrival)
9. Passes are required to gain entry into Kiln Park’s Entertainment
Complex. These may be purchased at the main reception office. Prices
for these may vary and are largely dependent on the duration of your
stay and the time of year. The cost for these passes IS NOT included
in the holiday price.
